Shipping policy

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 5 business days. (Typically much faster!)

Exceptions: Made-to-order items, customs, and commissions. These items must be made first before they can ship. They will be clearly marked on their item description with an approximate timeframe needed to make them.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship items and any not ready-to-ship items, I will hold all pieces and send them together in one package!

If you purchase a made-to-order item, custom, or commission, please have patience! I am the owner and only maker of all items in my shop. Good work takes good time and I want to create the best possible finished item for you!
